Our client in Phelpston was experiencing a crawl space affected by high humidity, damp surfaces, and ongoing moisture intrusion from the ground, which contributed to poor air quality and an uncomfortable environment throughout the home.

The space was fully transformed through a complete crawl space waterproofing and encapsulation system. CleanSpace® encapsulation was installed to fully seal the crawl space and isolate it from ground moisture, creating a durable vapor barrier. CleanSpace Drainage Matting was integrated to guide water movement and prevent moisture accumulation beneath the surface.

SilverGlo™ insulation was added along the foundation walls to reduce condensation, improve thermal performance, and enhance overall energy efficiency. The SaniDry Sedona® dehumidifier now continuously regulates humidity levels, helping maintain clean, dry, and healthy air conditions.

For water management, a SmartSump® sump pump system was installed to provide reliable groundwater removal and added protection against flooding risks. To address structural concerns, SmartJack® support posts were installed to stabilize and reinforce floor joists, restoring proper support and structural integrity.

The crawl space is now fully encapsulated, structurally reinforced, and protected with a complete system designed for long-term moisture control, drainage efficiency, and indoor air quality improvement.

Our client Mr. Esposito was having issues with his Mississauga home. There was humidity in the northwest corner of his house and some water infiltration in the spring, he suspected it had something to do with his uninsulated crawl space. Mr. Esposito agreed with this proposition, and we booked a time to complete the installation. Our foreman Colin then went to Mississauga at the scheduled time and installed all agreed components.
