Full crawl space repair in Severn, ON

A homeowner in Severn, ON contacted Basement Systems Toronto with concerns about persistent moisture in their crawl space. After a full inspection by our System Design Specialist, we implemented a complete crawl space repair and encapsulation system designed for long-term protection. The space was transformed using our CleanSpace® encapsulation system combined with Drainage Matting to properly channel water movement. We installed a SmartSump crawl space sump pump system to actively collect and remove water, paired with the IceGuard® discharge line system to ensure reliable drainage even during freezing conditions. A LawnScape™ outlet was added to safely direct water away from the foundation while blending into the exterior landscape.

Once the CleanSpace® vapor barrier was fully installed and all drainage components were in place, the crawl space was fully sealed, dry, and protected from ground moisture and outside air intrusion. What was once a damp, vulnerable space became a clean, dry, and energy-efficient part of the home, improving both structural durability and indoor air quality.
