Through our dedication, we turned a homeowner's concern into confidence, ensuring their basement remains dry, come what may.
During a recent installation project, we replaced the client's outdated and unreliable defiant sump pump system with our advanced TripleSafe system, ensuring a more robust and reliable solution to protect their basement from water damage. The previous system struggled to keep up with water infiltration, especially during heavy rainfall, leaving the homeowner with a damp basement and at risk of basement flooding. With the installation of the TripleSafe sump pump system, we significantly enhanced the basement's protection.
This cutting-edge sump pump system offers an exceptional three-tiered defense mechanism, incorporating two high-performant Zoeller pumps and a third backup pump designed to operate even during power outages. The first Zoeller pump efficiently handles the majority of the water load, while the second pump kicks in if the first pump is overwhelmed. The third, backup pump is powered by a battery and ensures the system continues to function even in the event of a power failure, providing peace of mind during storms or power outages. The homeowner can now rest easy, knowing their basement is protected by one of the most advanced sump pump systems on the market.

In Newmarket, Ontario, Mr. Veronneau was struggling with constant water infiltrating into his basement. He searched the internet to find a solution when he came across our website mentioning our various solutions to solve water infiltration. He filled out our contact form and we called him shortly after. We scheduled with him a free quote & inspection with our specialist George. George thoroughly inspected his basement and concluded that we should install our WaterGuard below floor drain along the inside of the basement, as well as the CleanSpace vapor barrier and drainage matting on the walls, a SuperSump sump pump system, an IceGuard®, and a LawnScape outlet. Mr. Veronneau accepted his proposal, and we scheduled a date for the installation. Foreman Colin and his team firstly dug a pit for the sump pump and a trench along the walls to install the WaterGuard. They then went outside and installed the IceGuard® to the drainage line and the Lawnscape outlet at the end in order for the line to never freeze and come back into the home and so the water is drained away from the foundation. Then they laid down the CleanSpace drainage matting along the basement walls to collect the infiltrating water. After this they installed the SuperSump sump pump and laid down the WaterGuard in the trench. The last product they installed was the CleanSpace water barrier on the walls and to finish off, they filled the trench with cement so it would be out of sight. Mr. Veronneau no longer has to worry about basement water infiltration issues thanks to our hardworking team at Basement Systems Toronto!
