The wall showed alarming signs of humidity as well as major cracks. This needed immediate intervention in order to prevent further serious damages.
Preparing the wall to receive concrete
In order to support the defiant wall, we pour concrete to have another new wall in order to take the pressure off the deteriorated one.
Waterproofing
After having the new wall, we successfully put in place our WaterGuard internal drainage system and our CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to ensure perfect basement waterproofing.
PowerBrace Galvanized Steel Beams
To complete our StableLock system, we installed 5 PowerBrace beams. These beams, along with the newly poured wall, will take the weight over, thus leading to the foundation stabilization.
