We recently successfully completed a crawl space encapsulation project in Scarborough, Ontario using our patented CleanSpace system. Same includes a drainage matting placed on dirt to facilitate the channeling of infiltrated water to the discharge lines. In addition, a durable and waterproof vapor barrier is placed on top of the drainage matting. It is designed to seal off the area from moisture, pests, and outside air.
