Rajin Muhundan

Rajin Muhundan brings a dynamic blend of consulting expertise and technical insight to his role as a System Design Specialist. With a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University and a diverse background in home improvement and business development, Rajin is well-equipped to help homeowners make informed, confident decisions about their properties.

Before joining the team, Rajin worked as an In-Home Consultant for custom home elevators and as a Consultant for home renovations. He also served as a Business Development Manager, where he sharpened his communication and client-focused problem-solving skills. These experiences provided a strong foundation for his current role, where he supports homeowners across the Greater Toronto Area with issues related to basements, crawl spaces, and foundation repair.

Each day, Rajin is driven by the opportunity to connect with people, understand their unique needs, and provide clear, effective solutions. He takes pride in being able to break down complex problems into simple explanations and enjoys seeing the tangible results of his work. His commitment to continuous learning means he’s always growing—adapting to new challenges and staying current with industry advancements.

Outside of work, Rajin leads an active lifestyle and follows a consistent fitness routine. He’s passionate about personal growth, often exploring new skills through reading and hands-on learning. Whether he’s working on cars, experimenting with recipes in the kitchen, or spending time with family and friends, Rajin brings the same curiosity and energy to his personal life as he does to his professional one.
