Basement waterproofed in Gilford, ON

A homeowner in Queensville, ON was dealing with water seeping from a corner and rising through the floor of their partially finished basement. The issue was putting the home’s structure at risk and limiting the use of the space they had planned as a recreational area.

After a full inspection by a System Design Specialist, we identified the source of the problem and installed a complete waterproofing system including WaterGuard, SuperSump, IceGuard, and a LawnScape outlet. WaterGuard was placed along the interior perimeter to capture water before it reached the basement floor and direct it to the SuperSump, which safely pumps high volumes of water away from the home. IceGuard was added to protect against frozen discharge lines in winter, and a LawnScape outlet was installed to discharge water safely outdoors while preventing clogs and blending into the yard.

The basement is now dry, protected, and fully usable again, giving the homeowner peace of mind and a clean, functional space free from ongoing water intrusion.
