Combining WaterGuard and CleanSpace for a perfect Basement Waterproofing in Pickering, Ontario

To properly waterproof a damp basement in Pickering, Ontario, we installed our patented WaterGuard internal drainage system along the perimeter of the floor. This solution effectively captures water infiltrating in and redirects it to a sump pump system or the discharge lines, keeping the area dry. To complete the job, we added the CleanSpace wall system, a durable vapor barrier that helps block moisture and gives the basement a clean, bright look. The installation went smoothly and with minimal disruption. The result? A dry, healthier basement, ready to be finished.
