Our SmartJack beams for the rescue in Port Carling, Ontario

In Port Carling, Ontario, we were called to address structural concerns within a crawl space. The rim joist had begun to sag due to prolonged exposure to excess moisture, resulting in sagging floor above. To resolve the issue, we installed our SmartJack support system, engineered specifically for crawl space stabilization. The installation involved excavating footing holes and pouring engineered base pads to provide a stable load-bearing surface. Galvanized steel SmartJack posts were then custom-cut to fit the required height and precisely positioned beneath the rim joist. The SmartJack beams allow for immediate lift and long-term support. Once adjusted, the system redistributed the weight of the structure, reducing stress on the rim joist and preventing further settlement.
