Encapsulating a Damp Crawl Space in Scarborough, Ontario

We recently successfully completed a crawl space encapsulation project in Scarborough, Ontario using our patented CleanSpace system. Same includes a drainage matting placed on dirt to facilitate the channeling of infiltrated water to the discharge lines. In addition, a durable and waterproof vapor barrier is placed on top of the drainage matting. It is designed to seal off the area from moisture, pests, and outside air. The homeowner had been dealing with high humidity and musty odors within his crawl space. By installing CleanSpace along the floor and walls, we created a clean, dry, and usable crawl space
