After speaking with our Customer Care Specialist, an inspection was scheduled with one of our System Design Specialists. Following a thorough evaluation of the basement, we determined that the aging sump pump system was the primary weakness in the home's waterproofing system. To provide dependable, year-round protection, we recommended installing our TripleSafe™ Sump Pump system along with line IceGuard® discharge protection and a LawnScape™ discharge outlet.

Our production team carefully removed the existing system and installed the new TripleSafe™ Sump Pump. Its three-pump design delivers reliable performance during heavy rainfall, provides backup protection if the primary pump fails, and continues operating during power outages thanks to its battery backup system. We also installed IceGuard®, which allows water to escape safely if the exterior discharge line becomes blocked by ice during the winter. To complete the system, we added a LawnScape™ discharge outlet, which blends neatly into the yard while allowing water to drain efficiently away from the home's foundation and helping keep debris out of the discharge line.

This system effectively maintained the relative humidity below 55%, impeding mold and mitigating musty odors. Post-installation, the homeowner experienced a noticeable difference - a visibly dry and odor-free environment in their crawl space. They were relieved knowing their property was protected from moisture-related issues, benefiting from healthier air quality throughout their cottage.
