Fixing a triplex's humid crawl space in Keene, Ontario

In Keene, Ontario, we recently had the chance to help a homeowner tackle a damp and frustrating issue beneath their condominium triplex. Over time, they noticed a musty smell creeping into their living space and found that moisture was starting to take over the crawl space, thanks to a dirt floor.
