During the assessment, it became clear that full encapsulation and proper drainage management would be essential in creating a stable and healthy environment in the crawl space.

To address water infiltration and ensure reliable drainage, we installed the SmartSump® Crawl Space Pump System along with StarPipe™ and a LawnScape™ discharge outlet, allowing water to be collected and directed safely away from the home. The SmartSump® provides dependable protection in the event of water entry, while the StarPipe™ and LawnScape™ ensure exterior discharge remains discreet and effective.
