Stabilizing a crawl space in Zephyr, ON

In Zephyr, ON, our team confronted signs of structural distress in a homeowner’s crawl space. The challenges were evident with areas of dry rot on a main beam, a wooden post on a cracked concrete footing, and vertical cracks on several footings.
